The Same Stuff as Stars

Illustration created in collaboration with the China Children's Press & Publication Group (CCPPG) for the Chinese edition of a children's novel by Andersen Award-winning author Kathryn Patterson. It narrates the story of a girl stuck in deep structural dilemmas, yet still striving to be like Polaris - shining strong and bright and fixed in a swirling world of darkness.

This series of illustrations was shortlisted by Communication Arts in 2023.
